Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

A fully furnished indoors and outdoors, unique traditional villa of 140 m², curved and built on a solid rock at the edge of the small village of Vathi (Meganisi - Lefkada) and surrounded by a landscape full of olive trees and natural wild plants, gives you the opportunity to be in touch with local life and the whole Greek way of leaving.

In 500 m² sloping stand, with endless view over Vathi village, perceiving the harbor, all the fishing boats and yachts that are coming in and going out.

Unbelievably cool, quiet and sunny during the whole day, lies only 40 m from the harbor, where you can find a lot of traditional Greek tavernas, cafeterias, super markets and everything that you need, you can even buy fresh fish from the fishing boats.

Accommodation

Fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, lounge and living room, traditional fireplace, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, storeroom and ironing room.

A wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the two bedrooms are situated, each one with it's own bathroom or shower. There are also large panoramic veranda and double glazed windows and mosquito nettings on every door and window.

Private swimming pool and natural stone terrace all around the house that provides a large sitting area with comfortable furniture, barbeque and private parking.

Ideal for a family or 2 couples with a child each.
