• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 42 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Villa Karidia is situated in the traditional village of Municipality of Sfakiotes. It is placed in a full green environment with luxuriant vegetation.

Villa Karidia is found just 5 km far from the beautiful beach of Pefkoulia and the West Coast side of Lefkada with her breathtaking beaches (Kathisma - Egremnoi - Porto Katsiki). A superior beauty path through virgin land and with fine panoramic sea view matches together the West Coast side of Lefkada with villa Karidia.

Villa is an ideal destination for those who wish an escape in a natural environment.

Villa Karidia is a suitable choice for families with small kids because the garden of two acres gives them the opportunity of unlimited activities. It is also suitable for companies and couples because of its idyllic atmosphere.

It provides services for persons with special needs. Also, pets can be accepted.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen is done every three days, while the changing of towels is done every two days.
