Refunds
• For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

Full refund – When a cancellation to the booking has been made with a
minimum of 30 days notice (from the date of check in) being given to
“Vila Kaliopi” reservation’s department.
Note:
• 100% of the deposit is refunded.
• Accepted notices are either by fax or email.
50% cancellation fee:

50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation
has been made within the period of 21days to 30 days, from the date of
check in.

Description
Villa Kaliopi is located next to the coast in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is only separated from the beach by a street, and the surrounding area has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The complex offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a garden and sea views.
Accommodation
The villa contains a total of 8 apartments - 4 are located on the ground floor, and 4 on the first floor.
• Apartments no. 1, 2 and 4 - They are located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children each. They have a separate bedroom with two single beds joined together, and a sofa bed for children in the room with the kitchen.
• Apartment no. 3 - Located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It contains a bedroom with two joined single beds, and bunk beds for children in the room with the kitchen.
• Apartment no. 5 - Located on the ground floor and suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It has a bedroom with two single beds joined together and a sofa bed for children in the room with the kitchen.
• Apartment no. 6 - It is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. It has a bedroom with two joined single beds, while the living room with a kitchen features a standard sofa for an adult and a smaller sofa for a child.
• Apartment no. 7 - It is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 3 adults and 1 child. It consists of a bedroom with two joined single beds, and a room with a kitchen which features bunk beds and a small sofa bed.
• Apartment no. 8 - It is located on the ground floor and accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. It has a bedroom with two single beds joined together, and a room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for one or two smaller children.
All apartments have a kitchenette that includes a large fridge-freezer, a two-burner stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. Each private bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a hairdryer. The terraces have outdoor seating and dining areas, and offer direct or partial sea views.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with TV and free Wi-Fi internet. A baby cot is available free of charge on request. Cleaning is done every two days, and bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days.
The complex includes a fenced yard with a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Private parking is not available, but cars can be parked for free on the street in front of the accommodation.
