Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Villa Kaliba is located in Kalives, on the Sithonia peninsula, in the second row to the beach (80 meters). It offers accommodation for six people with three balconies and a barbecue.

Accommodation

It is an apartment with two bedrooms. One contains a double, and the other a sofa bed. There is another sofa bed in the living room with a dining area.

The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, and kitchenware. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

The unit is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the apartment during their stay, and an additional set of bed linen and towels is at their disposal.

The apartment has three terraces with a view of the garden, the street, and the sea. A barbecue and outdoor dining area are available.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but cars can be parked on the street.
