• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Jorgos is located in Leptokarya, in the area of Pieria, just 20 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 2-3 people with a sea view.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 4 units - one is set on the ground floor, and the rest on the first and second floors.

Accommodation units are structured as studio apartments. They consist of a bedroom with two beds (1.20 meters wide), a separate kitchen with a small dining table, and a private bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and necessary dishes.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Towels are changed every three days, and bed linen every five days.

Each unit has its own covered terrace with a table, chairs and a view of the sea.

Private parking is not available, but the vehicles can be parked on the street around the accommodation.
