• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Check-in & Check-out
• Your stay in the villa begins at 14.00 of your check-in date and it ends at 11.00 of your check-out date.
• While you are allowed to arrive later than 14.00 on your arrival day, being on time for the appointment set with the villa owner is of great importance for the convenience of both parties.
• On the day of your departure you are expected to leave the villa no later than 11.00, except otherwise agreed (Late check-out is possible but subject to availability and a fix rate of extra charges occur).
• If guests fail to check-out on time, there is a fixed amount that will be charged.
• Notice that 30mins before departure [10.30] you are expected to be available for the inspection of the villa for damages and losses.

Quiet hours
• Τhe quiet hours for Greece during the summer period are 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-07.00. Even though, the villa is in a remote area and there are no neighbors at a close distance, making too much loud noise could cause protests. As a general rule, guests should not disturb, endanger or inconvenience neighbors during any moment of the day or night.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
