• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Ionio offers cheerfully decorated studios, 100 m from Ammoudia sandy beach. Preveza is at 45 km and Parga at 20 km. Only 50 m away, Ammoudia village features cafes, bars, and fish taverns.

Accommodation

The recently refurbished studios have air conditioning and heating, a satellite TV, and a kitchenette with kitchenware and a refrigerator. Their balconies come with tables and chairs and offer a garden view.

Bed linen is replaced every 4 days, while towels are changed every 2-3 days.

Active guests have many opportunities for inland trips, including walks along the banks of the Acheron River, boat trips, excursions, and water sports. The pebbled beach of Alonaki is at 5 km, and the sandy beach of Keretza is at 6 km.

An ATM can be found 100 m away. The hotel offers a 24-hour reception desk. Guests can also visit the hotel's library. Free WI-FI is available throughout the property and free public parking is available on site.
