Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Io is a self-standing, stone villa with a pool, surrounded by lawn and sun loungers. It is located 500 yards from the sandy beach of Stoupa. Free WiFi and on-site parking are provided.

Accommodation

Divided in 2 levels, Io consists of 2 bedrooms fitted with ceiling fans on the upper floor, and a fully equipped kitchen with living room on the ground floor. Other facilities include air conditioning available on the ground floor and in each bedroom, a washing machine and flat-screen TV. Guests will enjoy sea and mountain views from their terrace and balcony.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen is done once a week, while towels are changed twice a week.

Io villa is located 52 k from the airport of Kalamata and 28 miles from the respective port. A restaurant and supermarket can be found at a distance of 500 yards.
