• Changeover day must be Saturday - minimum stay is 7 nights (check-in is at 16:00, check-out is at 10:00)
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (15€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• For any cancellation that takes place at least 60 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 60 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Villa Haris and Villa Xenia belong to a complex of seven luxury villas ( Kyma & Eros Villas ) set amongst beautifully well kept gardens and a large lawn area that surrounds the swimming pool. These villas are suitable for families or for a group of friends.

Svoronata is a sleepy village on the central west coast and a 5 minute drive from the airport of Kefalonia. The villas are within walking distance of many local beaches such as Ammes, Ai Heli and Avithos and a selection of tavernas, bars and mini-markets are close by.

Villa Haris

Villa Haris is a three storey property. At the upper floor is the master bedroom with it's own balcony and amazing sea view. At the basement, facing the swimming pool, is the kitchen with the dining room and the living room. At the lower ground floor, overlooking at a wonderful back yard with view of Mt Ainos and the surrounding villages, are the other two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is separate, at the studio house attached to the main house ,and enjoys it's own patio area.

Cleaning and linen/towel change is done on the day of the arrival, and once more during the one-week stay.

It is also the ideal place for your wedding (we can organize for you the wedding of your dreams) or for your honeymoon. These villas can be rent together with the other 5 villas we have at our holiday complex of Kyma & Eros Villas.
