Cancellation policy
If a reservation is canceled up to 20 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded 100%, less an administration fee.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show, the deposit amount will be charged.
• In case of cancellation during the stay, half of the remaining canceled dates will be charged.

Description
Villa Giannikis is located 240 meters from the beach in Neos Panteleimon, in the area of Pieria. The villa offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a garden and free private parking.
Accommodation
The complex features studios suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Each studio has a double and two bunk beds. All units have a kitchen - some of them are within the sleeping area, while in others they are separated into a separate room.
Kitchens include a small refrigerator, a two-burner electric stove, dishes, and a kettle. The private bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are provided. An extra bed or a baby cot are available on request.
Each studio has a terrace, and some units offer a direct or side view of the sea.
The complex includes a beautifully landscaped yard and free private parking.
