• If a reservation is canceled up to 40 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

«VILLA FINIKAS» is situated at the most beautiful and most famous beach of the island of Thasos, the Golden Beach, in an absolutely green olive grove with a quiet ambience and a breathtaking view to the sea.

The distance from the fully equipped coast of”Golden Beach” is 150m. In a small distance you can find taverns, mini-markets, bus stop, taxi, cars and motos to rent.

Accommodation

• Luxury Maisonettes 1, 2 & 3 - In our fully equipped villas can stay four adults (one baby cot also available). On the first floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a living room with triple sofa (which can be easily converted to a comfortable double bed). There is also a terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or afternoon coffee/tea with a view to Aegean Sea. On the second floor there is a bedroom (with a double bed) and a terrace with table and chairs where you can also enjoy a wonderful view to the sea. If you want to fry fishes outside, there is an outdoor kitchen in the garden beside the barbeque.

All three maisonettes have sea view.

• Supeior Apartment (43m2) - has 2 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed) and 1 bathroom. If you want to fry fishes outside, there is an outdoor kitchen in the garden beside the barbeque. It is ideal for 5 persons.

• Comfort Apartment (40m2) - it is semi-based, has 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bathroom and 1 double sofa bed. If you want to fry fishes outside, there is an outdoor kitchen in the garden beside the barbeque. It is ideal for 4 persons.

• Superior studio (26m2) - has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 bathroom. If you want to fry fishes outside, there is an outdoor kitchen in the garden beside the barbeque. It is ideal for 3 persons.
