Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Villa Filaktos is located in Thassos, in Limenaria, near the beach of Tripiti. The villa is designed to offer relaxation and peace and is suitable for those who want to enjoy away from the noise.

Accommodation

The villa has 8 apartments which have a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. There are Deluxe apartments overlooking the sea and jacuzzi on the terrace which can accommodate from 2 to 4 people and Standard apartments that have no sea view or have a partial, side sea view. There is also a pool with a children's pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas and children's playground. All in combination with a view of the Aegean offers maximum comfort and relaxation.
