• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Ermioni Fresh is a special small hotel in Limenaria Thassos and is located just a 1-minute walk from the sea, on the beach of Tripiti. For your stay, you can choose a room in one of the two buildings.

Accommodation

Villa is situated at the beach. It offers three different types of rooms in two separate buildings for you to choose from, based on your needs. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated with their own private balcony & bathroom and are equipped with all the modern amenities in order for you to have a pleasant and unforgettable stay. Just outside the premises, there is a free parking for your vehicle.

The older villa - includes 10 double studios, all with two single beds, bathroom, kitchenette and smaller terraces. This object is partially renovated, has 10 studios and do not offer sea view beacuse of the new owner's bulding.

The newer villa - has two floors: ground floor with two double studios (20m2) with double bed, kitchenette, balcony and garden view; and first floor with two maisonettes (35m2) with double bed on the lower level and with a double bed on the gallery, kitchenette and bathroom. This villa was built in 2016 and is modern.
