• Minimum stay from 01/15till 13/06 and from 13/09 till 31/10 ia 4 nights; From 14/06 till 12/09 is 7 nights.
• Cleaning - once midweek (circa every 3-4 days for longer stays).
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 90 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus bank costs.
• If canceled between 61-89 days before arrival, 30% of the advance payment will be refunded (refund minus Bank costs).
• If canceled under 60 days before arrival, early departure or no-show, there is no refund.

Description

A welcoming stone Villa Erini with private pool and sensational seaviews, overlooking the legendary island of Scorpios and nearby islets. Surrounded by nature, the villa is located at an utterly quiet spot on the island of Meganisi, within short walking distance (2 mins) from two lovely pebble beaches while just 1km from the picturesque village of Spartohori (3 mins drive).

Accommodation

Villa Erini is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa of 150 sq.m. that features all amenities needed for effortless indoor and outdoor living. The décor of the villa is tasteful, stimulating positivity along with an abundant sense of lavishness, generosity of size and comfort. At the ground floor, there is a large open space dining/living area with relaxing sofas and an inviting fireplace corner, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island for extra ease while cooking. Next to the living room, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with its own private entrance, allowing for additional privacy.

Wooden stairs lead to the first floor which features two extremely spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with stunning seaviews. All three bedrooms and living area are airconditioned while they also feature ceiling fans for those who prefer a more natural way of cooling.

Outdoors, the villa features a swimming pool with sunbeds, dining seating and a small chapel named after St Irene, all overlooking the blue Ionian Sea and the green Princes Islands.

The villa may host up to 6 adults with overall occupancy of up to 8 guests. It is also family and pet friendly, whereas complementary wifi is available throughout.
