Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The complex Villa Elli is 1800 meters outside the village Nikiti in Sithonia of Halkidiki. In a fenced field of 5 acres with spacious Parking, just 400 meters from the beach, are the recently refurbished apartment complexes.

Villa Elli is comfortable, friendly with family environment and is ideal for relaxing and memorable vacation.

Outside the complex, a large lawn, trees and flowers provides a unique freshness and safety for your children, where they can play on the playground or paint in a specially designed playroom.
