• Deposit of 100 EUR of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Villa Eleni is a family business, just 300m off the Ofrynio beach, in the region of Kavala, and offers accommodation year round that is fully-equipped and designed to please even the most exacting visitors. It is surrounded by garden and BBQ lovers will be happy to know that we also have an outdoor BBQ grill in the courtyard.

Accommodation

Villa Eleni comprises 7 fully-furnished and equipped air-conditioned apartments. Our 4 Standard Apartments are on the ground floor, with our Family Apartment located on the 1st floor; and our 2 Deluxe Apartments based on the 2nd floor.

Standard Apartments are located on the ground floor and are suitable for up to 4 guests. They consist of a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, and a private bathroom.

The Family Apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children. It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a living room with two sofa beds and a kitchen, and a private bathroom.

The Lux Big Apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a kitchen, a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a private bathroom.

The Lux Small Apartment is also located on the second floor and is suitable for up to 5 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen, a single bed and a sofa bed, and a private bathroom.

All of our apartments are furnished and outfitted with a stove, kitchenware, refrigerator, TV set, and Wi-Fi Internet access. What is more, they have been approved by the Greek Tourism Organization (EOT) and comply with fire safety regulations.
