Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Villa Eleni is a family business, just 300m off the Ofrynio beach, in the region of Kavala, and offers accommodation year round that is fully-equipped and designed to please even the most exacting visitors. It is surrounded by garden and BBQ lovers will be happy to know that we also have an outdoor BBQ grill in the courtyard.
Accommodation
Villa Eleni comprises 7 fully-furnished and equipped air-conditioned apartments. Our 4 Standard Apartments are on the ground floor, with our Family Apartment located on the 1st floor; and our 2 Deluxe Apartments based on the 2nd floor.
All of our apartments are furnished and outfitted with a stove, kitchenware, refrigerator, TV set, and Wi-Fi Internet access. What is more, they have been approved by the Greek Tourism Organization (EOT) and comply with fire safety regulations.
Lux Apartments
Our two, three-bed, deluxe apartments on the complex’s 2nd floor comprise one bedroom, a kitchen/living room uniform space, a bathroom, and spacious balconies with a sea view.
Family Apartment
The five-bed apartment on the Villa’s 1st floor is our deluxe one: there are two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room uniform space, a bathroom with a bathtub, a WC, a storage room, and spacious balconies going round the apartment and overlooking the beachfront. (8 persons)
Standard Apartments
The Villa’s ground floor has four, three-bed, spacious apartments: they consist of one bedroom, a kitchen/living room uniform space, a bathroom, and spacious balconies round each apartment overlooking the serene countryside vistas. (5 persons)
