Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Eleni Pefkari is situated 5-minute walking distance from the Pefkari Beach, while Potos is at 7-8 minutes by walking from the villa. This is a brand new villa built in 2013.

Accommodation

Two-storey villa has four studios (23m2). One three-bed studio is on the ground floor, it has one double bed and a folding armchair. Two triple studios on the upper floor have one double and a single bed and one double bed and a folding armchair. In every triple studio can be added an extra bed.

The four-bed studio is on the upper floor and it has one double and two single beds.

Each studio has a kitchen and a refrigerator with small freezer, new furniture, A/C, TV, private balcony with a sitting set and large dining table.

Villa has a quadruple apartment(40m2) in semi-basement: It has smaller windows and it has bedroom with one double and two single beds, a dining room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. Additional bed can be added into a dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and connected with a dining room that has a table with chairs.

The villa is surrounded with garden that includes private parking, big yard with barbecue and toys for children.
