Description

Villa Efthimia is located 6 km from the airport "Ioannis Kapodistrias" and 8 km from the town port, right on the edge of the traditional village Kastellani Middle. It is a ten-minute walk to the village square, where there is a coffee shop, a tavern, two mini markets and a bus stop to town.

All spaces, delightfully decorated in a modern style, face a landscape immersed in luscious greenery. We offer you warm hospitality and invite you to discover the beauty of the area and its wonderful turquoise beaches.

Accommodation

Villa Efthimia is constructed on two levels and surrounded by a garden in full bloom. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room, a large kitchen and spacious verandas with a view. On the first floor, accessed by internal staircase, there are 3 bedrooms with large verandas and 2 bathrooms. ‘Villa Efthimia’ is ideal for families or groups.

The recently renovated villa Efthimia provides its guests with all comforts: air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, WiFi, double beds and wardrobes, spacious rooms, a spa tube, a mini gym as well as a barbecue and a ping-pong table in the garden.

It offers secure private parking and a lovely garden for moments of relaxation, where our little guests can enjoy playing safely.

Villa Efthimia receives your pets with great love, as the villa’s owner -who is a veterinarian- can provide qualified services, if necessity arises.
