Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Dora is located on the island of Thasos, in the city of Potos, near the city center and about 200m away from the city beach. Within the villa yard, there are 10 parking spaces, while the villa has 12 accommodation units, but there is also free public parking available nearby.

Accommodation

Villa has 12 studios and apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor. There are renovated studios for two, three and four people, and renovated apartments with two bathrooms for five and six people.

Studio for 2 persons (18m2) has one double bed and is located on the first floor. Two of the four three-bed studios (20m2) have one double bed and one single bed and are located on the first floor. The other two three-bed studios (25m2) have one double and one single bed, view of the yard, and there is the possibility of adding an extra bed in one unit. The four-bed studio (22m2) is located on the high ground floor and has one bigger and one smaller double bed. It is intended for the stay of a family with two younger children.

Four-bed apartment (45m2) is duplex, it is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, but from one to the other, it is more suitable for the family. In the first bedroom there is one double bed and in the other two single beds. It also has a living room, separate kitchen and two terraces overlooking the yard.

The five-bed apartment (50m2) is on the high ground floor, has a bedroom with one double and single bed, while in the other room there is a separate kitchen, two single beds, and one couch.

Two renovated six-bed duplex apartments (50m2) are located on the first floor and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have one double and single bed and exit to the terrace. The kitchen is in a separate room and is fully equipped.

All accommodation units are equipped with kitchen, air conditioning, terrace, TV and bathroom. Also, all but six six-bed apartments are renovated, have modern furniture, and have mosquito nets on the windows. Changing bedding, towels, and cleaning is done every three days. Wi-Fi is available for guests.
