Description

Villa Corfu Erimitis was built on 2010 next to the tranquil Avlaki beach as a private villa, with every comfort in mind and all the surrounding space anyone might need. Only 5 minutes away, the lovely village of Kassiopi, gives an excellent excuse for a night walk, while after a 15 minutes’ drive, Acharavi and Roda, can offer some of the best nightlife on the island.

On 2016 the property was refurbished in order to serve as a holidays’ destination for visitors from around the world.

The northeastern part of the island where the villa is situated is by far the preferable choice for travelers seeking natural beauty and quality relaxation time. Only 100 meters from the villa, one can swim at the majestic white pebble beach Avlaki and be charmed by the sheer beauty of Avlaki bay.

Accommodation

Villa Erimitis sleeps up to 9 guests, in 2 double, two twin and one single bedrooms and its interior includes spacious areas, large living room with fireplace, AC, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, ironing facilities, smart television with DVD player and wireless Internet connectivity.

There is a midweek towel change, and for longer stays bed linens are changed every 7 days.

The outdoor area consists of a large garden (4000 m2), a large variety of trees (olive, fig, orange, lemon, lotus and more), a barbecue and a private swimming pool.
