•Prices are expressed in € per accommodation unit/day. Children up to the age of 5 do not pay extra for their stay (if they share a bed with their parents) and meals.
Guests of the apartment, for stays from 01.06.-14.09, have at their disposal two deckchairs, an umbrella and two free drinks (coffee, water, juice, beer or a glass of wine) at the beach bar.
The listed prices include meals only for Apartment type units for up to 5 people (from 1/6 to 15/9).

• Lunch or dinner - 10 EUR/ per day per person.
• Children under the age of 5 are not counted as persons if they sleep with their parents. Free baby cot is available upon request.
• Security deposit - 30 EUR.
• Laundry service - 10 EUR/ per service.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Description

Villa Camellia is located in Vrasna Beach at the very beginning from the direction of Nea Vrasna, 70m from the beach. A variety of restaurants, bars and mini-markets are less than 70 meters away. Nea Vrasna is 1 km away and Asprovalta is 2 km away. Thessaloniki Macedonia International Airport is less than 70 km away. Free parking is available on site.

Accommodation

It offers seven self-catering apartments and two studios with free Wi-Fi. Each unit has one double bed, single bed and a pull-out bed. The maximum capacity is 5 people. It also has a furnished terrace with sea views and a flower garden with a children's playground and barbecue facilities.

The studios and apartments at Camellia have a furnished balcony or patio with views of the garden or the Gulf of Orphan. There is also a seating area and a kitchenette with a dining area, fridge and stovetop. Each unit comes with air conditioning, a safe and satellite TV. Some units have a microwave, toaster and kettle.

Studios are unavailable for season 2024.
