Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Villa Bella Maria consists of 10 apartments built on a 2500 sq.m site. It has its own parking and the apartments are surrounded by a grassy area with pine and olive trees.

• The apartment 35sq.m. calculated on the family by 3Ad+1child, have a living room with sofa, kitchen, shower room and one bedroom with a double bed. You can have and one extra bed.
• The apartment (maisonette) 45sq.m. calculated on the family by 4Ad+1child. On the first-floor living room with sofa, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with double bed. The second floor has one bedroom with two single beds.
• The apartment has 3Bedrooms on the second floor with WC and AC (45 sq.m.). Living room, bathroom and kitchen with Sofa for 2 persons, with AC (35sq.m.).

Aparrman za svaku preporuku. Bili smo u julu prošle godine, idemo opet sutra. Vlasnik je odličan domaćin, predusetljiv, nenamatljiv a uvek na usluzi. Dvorište veliko sa vrhunskom ponudom i mobilijarom, roštiljima, bazen, mini teretana. Sve je prečisto! Sve pohvale!

Bili juli / avgust 2021.Odlican smestaj,vlasnik ljubazan i uvek tu...Bilo je puno dece i svi zaedno igrali,druzili se. Do kasno u noci igrali fudbal u dvoristu i kupali se u bazenu...nikome nije smetalo,deca su bila presrecna...rado bi se opet vratili
