• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Avista is located in Vourvourou, Sithonia. A cozy residence built in the ideal position of the area, surrounded by olive and fruit trees. It is just 120 meters from the sea, with panoramic view to the five small islands of Vourvourou and to the mountain. Villa offers a newly-built swimming pool and relaxation area with sun loungers, a bed and an outdoor shower.

Accommodation

The house, on two levels, total area of 140m2, is fully equipped and offers elegant furnishings and decor, satisfying the most discerning guest.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. Both rooms have balconies overlooking the sea and the mountain. There is a bathroom/toilet with shower.

On the ground floor, there is a living rooms, kitchen with a dining area and WC. In a living room, there are 2 single beds, sofa and a fireplace.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is provided. Other facilities at Villa Avista include a barbecue.

Free use of 5 bicycles and 2 canoes are provided during your stay. Daily housekeeping is offered.
