Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Athina is a family-based hotel located in Sarti, just 70 meters from its sandy, award-winning beach, and 150 meters from the center of the village of Sarti, in the heart of a harmonious and amazing place. Equipped with all the comforts that a guest would desire. The absolute combination of authenticity, comfort and tranquility.

So, within just a short walk you can find a variety of taverns, refreshing beach bars, fully-stocked souvenir shops, supermarkets and bakeries.

Accommodation

It is a three-storey building which consists of two studios on each floor. Every one of them can accommodate two to four guests.

Two of the studios are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, while the other four have a double bed and a single bed. They all have a balcony and two of them overlook the sea.

Warm hospitality, comfort and privacy are offered in excess to our guests. Families with children, friends and even couples will enjoy their stay in these modern and spacious studios with facilities such as parking space, air conditioning, kitchen with cooking facilities, TV and wireless Internet access in all areas.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 4 nights (or more often, upon request).
