Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Asterias II is located in the resort of Limenaria on the island of Thasos, approximately 70 meters from the beach. The property is situated on the second row from the sea and offers accommodation units suitable for 2 to 4 persons, depending on the studio type.

Accommodation

The property features three studios located on an elevated ground floor. Access to the units is directly from the street via a staircase leading to a shared terrace.

Double Studio (up to 2 persons)

This unit is intended for two persons and features one double (French) bed. The studio is designed as an open-plan space including a sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom. The unit has its own entrance with a separate staircase and a private terrace equipped with outdoor seating.

Triple Studio (up to 3–4 persons)

There are two triple studios available, primarily intended for up to 3 persons, with the option of adding one extra single bed, allowing a maximum capacity of 4 persons. The standard setup includes one double bed and one single bed. These studios are organized as open-plan units with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. The units share a common staircase and a spacious terrace equipped with a table and chairs for each unit. The terrace offers a partial sea view.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchenette in all studios is intended for basic meal preparation.

Daily cleaning is provided, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Guests may use the restaurant services at Asterias Hotel, located approximately 30 meters from the property.

Parking is not available on site, but street parking is possible in the surrounding area.
