Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 3 months before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• If a reservation is canceled one month or less before the date of the arrival, the total amount is nonrefundable.

Description

In the first peninsula of Chalkidiki, Kassandra, at Sani area right at the center of the best equipped tourist resort of Greece in traditional settlement Stauroniki. In the traditional settlement Stauronikita, Villa Angie is available to let for 8 months a year. Villa-Angie is a luxurious villa of 250 m2 with brilliant architecture, in an ideal location in the middle of a lush natural pine forest.

Accommodation

Villa Angie is fully equipped and has a TV and A/C and it consists of 3 levels. The first and second floor are connected with stairs and can accommodate 8-10 people.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, WC/shower and has two entrances. The second floor consists of 1 bedroom, a WC/shower and a room with two singles beds, which, according to the needs of our guests, one of the beds can be replaced with a baby cot.

On the ground floor there is a utility room where there is a washing machine for use by our guest, as well as a studio (with seperate entrance) suitable for 2-4 people usually used by the onwers of the villa.

The accommodation is not cleaned during the stay, and every 4 days, clean sets of towels and bed linen are provided, which guests can change themselves. A cleaning service is available upon request at an additional cost.

Free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is also availlable and parking for two cars.

Villa interiors are elegantly and individually furnished by their respective owners.

Villa is surrounded by a well kept garden with a barbeque in the privacy of 2 acres for exclusive use.

The beaches are accessible by foot, by shuttle bus or by using mountain bikes. The local beaches are within 200 -500 meters.
