• Upon receipt of accommodation, a passport or identity card (for citizens of the European Union) will be requested in the name of the person who made the reservation.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8 EUR per night/ per villa) is not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival in cash (credit cards are not accepted).

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the owner weel keep the total amount.
• If, for any reason, the guest leaves the accommodation early, the owner reserves the right to the full compensation and the money will not be returned to the guest.

Description

The Villa Angela is comprised of two independent and separately functional one level apartments 59 m2 each one, connected with an internal staircase, but has and an individual entrances. Villa can accommodate one large or two separate families. Each one apartment is fully furnished and equipped and can accommodate up to five adults (total capacity 10 adults). In case there is an infant, a baby cot is available.

Villa is self catering and is equipped with all the necessary linen, kitchen, utensils, three LCD televisions, two washing machines, two dishwashers, two electric stoves with ovens, two refrigerator-freezers, two air-conditioners, two kitchen/living areas, two bathrooms with small bath tubs, four bedrooms with four large wardrobes, air condition and free Wi-Fi internet.

Cleaning service is not available during the stay.

It is surrounded by a large garden where you'll find a playground with swings, a BBQ and a spacious private parking area. The house is absolutely clear upon guest's arrival, but it is self-catering (cleaning service is not provided during guest's stay).

Pets are not allowed.
