• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Villa Anastazia is located 160 meters from the beach in Kalamitsi, on the Sithonia peninsula. It can accommodate 8 people and offers a private garden.

Accommodation

The villa spreads over two levels. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - one with a double bed, and the other with a single, narrower double bed and a baby cot. The first floor features a third bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a living room with a corner sofa, a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a terrace with a seating area.

In front of the maisonette is a paved courtyard with an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Private parking is not available, but there is a public one nearby.
