Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The complex Villa Elia, established in 1979, consists of three wings: Villa Elia, Alselia and Castelia, and it is located in the village Agios Ioannis, Lefkada.

It provides modern, self-contained and perfectly furnished studios and one bedroom apartments with fully eqquipped kitchen, WC, telephone, TV and air condition. Some suites are also provided for an advanced sence and experience of luxury and elegance.

It offers a comfortable, well-tended, all green open space of 12.000 m² with swimming pool (for adults and for children with hydro - massage), Snack Bar, where breakfast can be served, playground, basketball-, volleyball-, tennis court, table - tennis, secure, private and roofed parking lots, exclusive for every apartment.

Villa Alselia

Villa Alselia is a Lux category wing, which is located at the roots of the hill exactly under the well-known Faneromeni Monastery and at only 100 m distance from the swimming pool. The green open site, the waterfall and the small lake, the well and the wooden kiosks provide a revitalising, intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

Villa Alselia offers studios and one bedroom apartments with spacious verandas and secure, private and roofed parking lots, exclusive for every apartment.
