Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Villa Albatros is located on the island of Ammouliani, the "diamond" of Halkidiki according to the New York Times, in a beautiful green landscape and just 250 meters (3 minutes) from the most popular organized beach on the island, Alykes Beach, with the fine sand and the wonderful turquoise waters! Its location makes it an ideal destination for beautiful family vacations or holidays with your friends, in a quiet environment and very close to the sea. With beautiful views, comfort, many facilities and security.

Accommodation

Villa Albatros covers an area of 48m² and consists of living room, fully eqipped kitchen, WC and 2 bedrooms. The first one includes 1 king size bed and 1 single bed and the second one has 2 double beds. The accommodation capacity in total is 6 people. It offers large shaded terrace, sea view and garden for relaxation or barbecue.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the home. Clean sets of bed linen and towels are available, and guests can replace them as needed.

The distance from the village of the island is 3 km (about 8 minutes) where the nearest shops, super market, bakeries, restaurants, cafe, bar are located.
