• Above prices including daily cleaning of the villas and changing of sheets every 4 days.
• Warranty deposit - 400 € on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment and will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
• Note: Tourist tax (15€ per day/per villa) not included in regular prices.
• Baby cot on a request (0-2.99 years old) - free of charge
• Minimum stay: 3 nights (in the period from 01.07. until 31.08. - 4 nights)

• Deposit of 40% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be payed 42 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 42 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire payment, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, the entire payment will be kept by the owner.
