Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Villa Vergina - Pefkohori is located near the center of Pefkohori, about 200 meters from the wide, most beautiful part of the beach in Pefkohori. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, at a distance of about 50 meters, there are the two largest supermarkets in the Pefkohori Masutis and Discount market, as well as butchers, fishermen, ATMs, etc.

Accommodation

Villa Vergina consists of 8 spacious studios, located on the ground floor and first floor. Each studio has two double beds, has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, air conditioning, TV, WIFI, large yard, where there is a barbecue, summer house, benches, swings for children and private parking.

Most of the studios have a beautiful view of the sea and the city from the balcony.

Guests enter a clean accommodation, and during the stay they take care of the cleanliness themselves.

The villa is very suitable for families with children, because of the spacious and fenced yard.

Boravili smo ovog leta u Vili Vergina. Sve je bilo kao u opisu i po dogovoru. Blizu plaže je, povoljna nabavka u marketima koji su usput je značajna stavka, terase su u hladu što omogućava boravak na njima u svako doba dana... Sa 1.sprata nema pogleda na more. Kupatilo je izuzetno malo, 1 zamena posteljine, lezajevi su po grčkim standardima, dakle uži, sve je skromno, stariji tip smeštaja. Letovali bismo ponovo tamo.
