• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Filyra (160 m²) is located in Kato Gacea, Pelion and is about 70 meters from the beach. It is suitable for up to 9 people.

Accommodation

The villa has 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. The rooms have French beds, and some of them have a fireplace, while others have access to the terrace. They have an interior in gentle tones, are equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, refrigerator and hair dryer. In the living room there are two sofas and two tables with chairs. It is nicely lit and has decorative furniture, which makes the guests' stay more comfortable. All bathrooms are modernly equipped and have a shower.

Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as villa cleaning, every 3 days. There is street parking in front of the villa, which is available to guests. All pets are allowed to stay in the unit, at no extra charge.

Guests are a short walk from bars, traditional taverns and supermarkets, the picturesque mountain village of Milies is 10 km away, and the town of Volos is 18 km away.
