• Minimum stay - in periods from 31/05 until 11/07 and from 09/09 until 30/09 the minimum is 2 nights, and from 12/07 until 08/09 the minimum is 3 nights.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Victoria Studios is a complex located in the first row to the beach, 700 meters from the center of Skala Potamia, on the island of Thassos. It offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a beautifully landscaped garden and sea views.

Accommodation

The complex consists of two buildings - one is set right in front of the sea, and the other is behind it, in the back part of the yard.

The second building consists of two studios on the upper ground floor and two on the first floor. All are of the same surface and organization. Each contains one double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, kitchenware, and a two-burner stove, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. All units offer a terrace with a table, chairs, and a side sea view.

In the front building are two new studios from 2020, with direct sea views. They can accommodate up to 3 people. They also have a double bed and a sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace. They have a kitchenette, but cooking and frying are not allowed here, only light meal preparation.

All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Rooms are cleaned and sheets and towels are changed every three days.

Guests have at their disposal a beautifully landscaped garden with lots of greenery, a shared barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen, as well as free private parking.
