• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Victoria's House is situated in the old part of Nikiti, in Old Town. The house is positioned on the smalll hill and has a panoramic view of Nikiti. It is near the church' "Agios Nikitas" (50m) and Historical and Folklore Museum of Nikiti (30m). It is about 7 minutes by car from the beach.

Accommodation

The house has two and a half stores in folklore greek style. It has a big sitting-room with a kichen, which has all necessary equipment, three bedrooms, two toilet rooms with a shower. It takes about 5-7minutes to get to famouse Nikiti beach by car. The house has a big yard with a lot of flowersand an iron table with four chairs, where you can take your coffee or dinner.

You can cook meat and have a nice rest there. Just in few meters distance from the house there is a greek tavern "Platanos"and coffee-bar "barcarola". 7-8 persons can sleep in the house.

Victoria’s House house has an air-conditioning, Nova TV, satellite and free WiFi, electric-ceramic stove, oven, filter coffee mashine, kettle, fridge and a lot of kichenware. The owners can speak Russian, English, Georgian and a bit Bulgarian.
