• Periods from 12.07. until 17.07. and from 25.08. until 14.09 - 4 nights;
• Period from 18.07. until 24.08 - 5 nights.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Veramente Luxury Villa M consists of two buildings with a swimming pool between them and is located in the town of Katuna on Lefkada. It is suitable for up to 8 people. It has a parking lot and is about 900 meters from the sea.

Accomodation

In the first building, which has two floors, there are 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. On the first floor there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The first bedroom has a French bed (160×200), a terrace with a sea view, TV and air conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90×200), has a terrace with a sea view, TV and air conditioning.

On the ground floor of the first building there is a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils for preparing meals (oven, stove, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator), a large dining room. In the living room there is a large sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 guests. It also has a VC. Also air conditioning, TV, washing machine.

The second building has a master bedroom with its own bathroom with shower. It has a French bed (160×200), as well as a small fridge, TV and A/C.

In the yard there is a swimming pool with hydromassage, a barbecue area, WiFi internet. It is possible to use a cot (on request).
