• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Built in 2016, Venice Deluxe Studios is located in Pefkari, 250m from the beach and 450m form the center of Potos. The location is quite, and the complex is surrounded with spacious green garden with BBQ facilities and playground for children.

Venice Deluxe Studios has 2 studios. Each studio, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 2+2 persons.

Each studio (30m2) has: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in the separated space.

Both studios include: kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, safety deposit box and mosquito net.
