Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Venetia Studios is set in Astris, on the island of Thassos, at 1km distance from the city beach and 2km from the Salonikios Beach. It is recommended for those who are seeking moments of quietness and peace.

At the distance 800m there are markets and restaurants in Astris.

Recently renovated spacious studios can accommodate families with children, as well as couples.

Accommodation

There are 4 studios in total that can host 2-4 persons. In each of them there are an air conditioner, TV and mosquito nets.

2 double studios (15m2) have a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cooking hobs and a bathroom with a shower. One of them has a terrace with a garden view, while the other has only a seating area in front of the entrance.

Triple studio (18m2) contains a double bed and an armchair bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cooking hobs and a bathroom. It is renovated and has a capacity for 2 adults and a child up to 6 years old. It also has a small terrace with a garden view.

Quadruple studio (20m2) is fitted with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cooking hobs and a bathroom with a shower. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. It is renovated and has a garden view from the terrace.

There is a big yard which offers parking spaces for guests and a plenty of space for children' play. There is also an outdoor barbecue.

Changing of bed linen is done every 3 days, while towels may be replaced more often upon request.
