Description

Vaso Studios Neos Marmaras is located on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, in the town of Neos Marmaras, 190 meters from the shoreline and 109 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Accommodation

The property is spread across three floors (ground floor, first floor, and second floor), featuring double and triple studios.

Double studios are equipped with two single beds – maximum capacity is 2 persons.
Triple studios include one double bed and one single bed – maximum capacity is 3 persons.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer), as well as a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner stovetop, and a sink. Guests also have access to a private terrace with outdoor furniture (some terraces offer a partial sea view).

All units are covered by free Wi-Fi internet. Pets are welcome (upon request). Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking is available on the street in front of the property. Each unit is equipped with a TV, and all windows are fitted with mosquito screens.
