Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Vasiliki Studios are located on the fantastic beach of Klimataria, just 70 meters from the sea. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday on one of the most beautiful beaches with clear sea.

Our 4 studios are brand new and are located on the ground floor building with four studios in total, two of which are named Morfo Studios and two Studios Vasiliki.

In front of the house there is a beautiful courtyard with flowers and lawn, where you will find a barbecue with dining area to enjoy time with your family and friends, as well as private parking.

Accommodation

The first studio (15m2) has a double bedroom on top of which there is a single bed, while the other (20m2) has a double bed and bunk beds. All beds are suitable for adults and offer standard mattresses.

First studio can accommodate up to 3 persons.

Second studio can accommodate up to 4 persons.
