Description

Vanessy Villa Nikiti is a luxury villa located in the town of Nikiti, on the western coast of the Sithonia peninsula. It is 250 meters from the nearest beach and 91.7 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of the villa is 9 guests (8 adults and one child).

Accommodation

This comfortable property features a beautifully landscaped yard and a three-level house (ground floor, first and second floor) comprising 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and a terrace with outdoor furniture suitable for outdoor dining.

The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, toilet, and terrace. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, air conditioning, a television, and a dining area. In the same space there is a well-equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, extractor hood, large refrigerator, microwave oven, and electric kettle. From this area there is access to the terrace with outdoor furniture. The toilet is fitted with a WC and washbasin.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double (French) bed and air conditioning. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower cabin, WC, and washbasin.

On the third floor there is the third bedroom, equipped with a double (French) bed and air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests have access to a washing machine, as well as a barbecue in the yard (upon request). The entire complex is covered by free wireless internet. Parking is available on the street in front of the complex. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
