Only a few meters away from the beautiful seafront, lies Vanessa’s Rooms & Apartments located in Kanali, on the coast road from the city of Preveza to Parga, 25 km away from the Aktion National Airport .

Accommodation

The building was constructed with the high tech equipment of energy saving, environmental protection and innovative software. We created a modern accommodation in Kanali of Preveza, with care for the environment and sensitivity for disabled persons, as we feature an apartment especially for them. Vanessa’s rooms & Apartments consists of six fully equipped apartments, classily decorated, three double rooms and a luxury suite. Each room has a bathroom and a mini-bar, LCD TV 28’’, hair dryer, Wi-Fi. The suite has a luxury bathroom, a mini-bar, LCD TV 28’’,hair dryer ,a safe box, Wi-Fi, a smart TV 43’’and a fireplace at the living room. Each apartment will provide high quality services such as LCD TV 28’’, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, hair dryer, safe box, Wi-Fi and customer elevator to all floors.

A1 is studio-apartment suitable for diasabled and can accommodate up to 3+1 persons. Located on the ground floor has fully eqquipped kitchenette, table with chairs, double bed and sofa bed, and bih bathroom for disabled.

A2 is apartment with two spaces, that can accommodate up to 4+1 persons. Has bedroom with double bed and salon with fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table and chairs, sofa bed for 2 persons, extra folded bed and bathroom with shower cabin.

A3 is apartment on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 3+1 persons. Has two spaces: bedroom with  with double bed and salon with fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table and chairs, sofa bed and bathroom with shower cabin.

B1 and B3 are two apartment on the first floor with balcony, that can accommodate up to 3+1 persons. Each has two spaces: bedroom with  with double bed and salon with fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table and chairs, sofa bed and bathroom with shower cabin.

B2 is apartment on the first floor with balcony and can accommodate up to 4+1 persons. Has two spaces: bedroom with double bed and big salon with with fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table and chairs, sofa bed for 2 persons, extra folded bed and bathroom with shower cabin.

G4 is a suite on the second floor, with fireplace, balcony and sea view, and can accommodate up to 3+1 persons. It has two spaces and includes separated bedroom, single sofa bed, other sofa bed, chair bed for one adult, salon with fireplace, dining room with table and chairs and bathroom with shower cabin, and small fridge type of mini bar.

G1 is double room with two single beds and bathroom with bath with cabina, can accommodate up to 2 persons. Has big balcony and small fridge.

G2 is double room with king size double bed and can accommodate up to 2 persons. Has big balcony, small fridge and bathroom with shower cabin.

G3 is standard double room with double bed, bathroom with shower cabin and small fridge. Can accommodate up to 2 persons.

G1, G2, G3 and Suite are located on teh second floor where there is shared big kitchen fully equipped, with fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, where guests can cook breakfast.

Our particular interest has been given to the manner of construction and insulation of the building, in order to create an energy upgraded building. The heating sector, the air and water, is of particular interest since it will be used hydrothermally for maximum fuel economy and ecology with minimal emissions, using also the solar panels on the roof of the building. Apart from the environmental factor, the particular cooling and heating system is healthier for all, especially for people with asthma and respiratory problems. Around the building is a beautiful garden with a safe playground for our little friends.

Last but not least, it should be mentioned that thanks to the natural beauty, the ancient monuments in this region, and the easy access of visitors from our guesthouse to nearby beaches and the nearby destinations, our place is a unique destination for all!
