• For stays in April, May, June, and October, an additional payment for final cleaning is required - 20 EUR for studio and 35 EUR for apartment.
• Minimum stay: For studio - 5 nights in April, May, and June, and 7 nights in other periods; For the apartment: 4-5 nights in April, May, June, and October, and 7 nights in other periods (less than 7 nights in September on request).
• Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 11:00. Self check-in - key box with a code. Late check-in is possible upon request.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (1.5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelledat any moment, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Urszula’s Apartments By The Sea is an accommodation in Agios Andreas, Peloponnese, between Kalamata and Koroni. It is located 150 meters from the beach and offers units for 2-6 people.

Accommodation

One studio for 2-3 people and an apartment for 4-6 people (including children) are available.

The studio has a double bed and a folding armchair. It features a kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, microwave, kitchenware) and a private bathroom with a shower. The terrace has a table and chairs and offers a sea view.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a folding armchair, while the living room has a sofa bed. On request, a single bed can be added for the sixth person. There is also a kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, microwave, kitchenware), a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a seating area.

The units are equipped with air conditioning in each room, free Wi-Fi internet, and television.

Bed linen and towels are provided. There is no cleaning service during the stay, but access to the washing machine is possible upon request.

Guests can use the swimming pool of a hotel 150 meters away. Free parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation or near the harbor (several tens of meters away).
