Description

Two apartments Lefkada are located in Lefkada Town, the capital of the island of Lefkada, 1.6 kilometers from Agios Ioannis beach. It features 2 luxurious units - a two-bedroom apartment and a maisonette with terraces and free private parking. Each can accommodate up to 4 people.

Accommodation

The units are newly-built (February of 2023), modern, beautifully decorated, and identically equipped. The apartment has 63m², while the maisonette has 75m², and spreads across the ground floor and the first floor. They consist of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, and a terrace with an outdoor area for sitting and dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Both apartments have private bathrooms with spacious shower cabins, washing machines, hair dryers, and towels. The bathroom in the maisonette is set on the first floor, and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs (placed in living rooms) and free Wi-Fi internet. Private parking is also available, which is free but requires a reservation.

Aktion Airport is 22 kilometers from the accommodation.
