Description

Trikorfo Beach House is located about 250 meters from the organized beach of Trikorfo, on the Halkidiki peninsula. The house is part of a spacious complex with a children's playground and sports fields. Gerakini and Psakoudia, with all the necessary amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, are 2 kilometers away.

The house offers accommodation for up to 11 people with a yard and private parking.

Accommodation

The house spreads over two levels and consists of two apartments.

Smaller apartment (40m2) is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 5 people. It consists of an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a foldable armchair, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a bathroom.

Larger apartment (85m2) is set on the first floor and can accommodate 6 people. It has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a spacious living room with air conditioning and two sofa beds, and a bathroom.

On both levels, within the living room, there is a kitchen that includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a dining table.

The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, a washing machine, and an ironing equipment. Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor dining area. Guests have access to a private, fenced yard, as well as a shared garden with barbecue equipment.
