• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid 7 days before the arrival date.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 14-7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 70% refunded.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.
