• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Trantas Apartments are situated on the beach of Pieria Skotina, 30 kilometers south of Katerini, an area that combines the best of the sea and mountains. The beach is 500 meters, while the direct access to the Mountain Gods, Mount Olympus, the view which magnetizes visitors.

We remind that we are contracted with the Social Programs Tourism.

The residence is located in a green field covered with grass and various trees and flowers. The place is fenced and safe, which makes it ideal for little children who can play freely in.

We have created athletic facilities thanks to the green open field.These include outdoors volleyball court and football pitch appropriate for children and grown-ups. There is parking space in our spacious field.

Our beautiful environment makes it ideal for rest and peace.

Accommodation

We have 14 furnished apartments with two, three and four beds in two buildings. There are 7 ground floor apartments, 4 ones on the first floor and 4 on the second, which can provide shelter to people of all ages, ranging from young couples and families to elderly ones.

All rooms include:

• Kitchen (with cook and fridge)
• Bathroom (hot water available anytime)
• Wardrobe
• Tv
• Air-conditioning
• Balcony with small table and chairs
• View of the garden
• Free wifi internet access

Our main concern is to provide the apts(apartments) clean,which is something our regular customers really appreciate. The rooms are very cool due to the location of the building and their main characteristics are the big balconies and the spacious and cosy indoors.

For those who love barbecue there is plenty of oudoor space and all the necessary equipment for it.

Our apartments are approved by EOT (The Greek Organisation Of Tourism) and comply with the safety from fire rules.

The beach

The beach is less than five minutes from our lodgings walking. The beach is Skotina of the most beautiful in all of Greece. It is an organized and safe, always clean and has lifeguards. The water is clean, with fine sand and not many stones. The beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag award from the EOT. At the coast offered free showers and pure magic of the sea gives you endless opportunities to enjoy the wet element.

Ove godine bili prvi put u Grckoj. Malo je reci da je smestaj predivan, prostran, CIST, promena posteljine i peskira kada god vam treba, sve potrebno u kuhinji za letnji rucak, terasa predivna, besplatna klima, koja vam uzgred uopste ne treba jer je zelenilo svuda. Parking u hladu,WI-FI odlican, dvoriste predivno za malu decu. Kucni red se postuje. I na sve to dodajte domacina Nika i njegovu sestru i brata koji su tu za sve sto vam treba, a neprimetni i nenametljivi. Sve preporuke i za one sa malom decom i za one sa starijom kao sto su nasa ( 17 i 15 g). Plus plaza koja je predivna sa dosta hlada ispod platana. FENOMENALNO. Sve preporuke i za samu platformu Grcka.info ❤️

10 dana smo proveli ovde i uživali smo. Studio je bio u prizemlju glavne zgrade sa velikom terasom i sasvim dovoljno mesta za nas dvoje i dvoje dece. Deca su jako uživala u dvorištu. Domaćini su divni i vredni ljudi, od pomoći za šta god vam treba i stalo im je do svakog gosta. Za svaku preporuku!

Korektan smestaj u odnosu na cenu,parking obezbedjen. Gazda je ljubazan i tu je za sve sto vam treba. Plaza odlicna,ima prirodan hlad i uredjen deo sa lezaljkama i tusevima. Samo plaza nije udaljena 300m kako stoji u opisu nego 700m. Ko voli miran odmor,topla preporuka. Za vecernje izlaske tu je Leptokarija i Platamon,na par km od smestaja. U blizini je Lithohoro od koga mozete krenuti u osvajanje Olimpa. Obavezno obici i malo selo Pantelejmon. Put je krivudav ali vredi,predivan pogled sa vrha.

Letovali smo krajem avgusta 2019.(apartman u prizemlju glavne zgrade). Gazda je stvarno ljubazan i drag čovek, ali smeštaj je očajan (celokupan studio je oko 10m kvadratnih, nema terasu i ko god prodje tuda viri u sobu).Izdržali smo samo 4 noćenja.

Vratili smo se pre 10 dana odatle i imamo samo reči hvale i za smeštaj i za domaćine. Jeko lepa baza za posecivanje kako lokalne plaže (koja je sjajna) tako i okolnih. Svaka preporuka.

Letovali 2016. Odlican smestaj. Gazda Nikos je za sve preporuke. Odlicno i veliko dvoriste. Plaza je odlicna sa velikim hladom popodne, ali nije blizu. Mozda 500 m. Cisto, mirno, idealno za odmor...
