• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Kindly note:
• You have booked a private apartment / studio (not a hotel room), in which case hotel services (room service, daily cleaning, breakfast, etc.) are not provided. However, the accommodation makes you feel like you are at home (clean sheets and towels are provided to you and also refresh them depending on the number of guests and how many days the reservation lasts and are included in the price).
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund will be made for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking,and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Traditional Guest House is located in Neos Marmaras, 270 meters from the center and 900 m from the beach. It offers accommodation for 3-5 people with terraces, a barbecue, and free parking.
Accommodation
Small Apartment can accommodate 2 - 4 people. It contains a double bed and also single beds, a separate area with a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower. The terrace has a table, chairs, and a view of the surrounding hills and the street.
Big Apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 - 5 people. It features two bedroom with two single bed in each. The unit has a separate kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the yard and the hills.
The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television with Netflix, fans, iron, and ironing board. Towels, bed linen, and mosquito nets are provided.
The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, a stove with two burners, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and kitchen utensils.
A brick grill and beach umbrellas are at guests' disposal. The barbecue is located on a spacious, mostly shaded shared terrace that is available to all guests. Free public parking is across the street from the building. Lot of parking spots around the house as well.

Boravak u Neos Marmarasu u stanovima Traditional Guest House s divnom domaćicom Anom bio je prava oaza autentičnog grčkog gostoprimstva. Ana je srdačna osoba koja je svojim gostoprimstvom i pažnjom učinila naš boravak nezaboravnim. Smeštaj je bio udoban i tradicionalno uređen, pružajući nam priliku da uživamo u lokalnom šarmu i opuštajućoj atmosferi. Svaka pohvala za smestaj. Lokacija je odlicna, potrebno je samo 2 minuta hoda do centra Neos Marmarasa. Smestaj ima sve sto je potrebno, veoma je cisto. Anna i njeni roditelji su divni ljudi. Anna nam je dala mapu sa opisom svake od plaza na Sitoniji, takodje nam je davala suncobran kad nam je bio potreban. Parking je odmah preko puta smestaja. Takodje, preko puta smestaja je divan mali park sa hladovinom. Sigurno cemo opet ici tamo.

Savršeno mesto za odmor, i odlična lokacija.. Vrlo čisto i uredno! Dostupno mnogo javnih parking mesta, što je vrlo retko za Neos Marmaras. Anna je bila više nego ljubazna i izašla u susret svim našim zahtevima i željama... Svaka preporuka za ovaj smeštaj!

Tradicionalno uređen smeštaj,uredan, sa klimom i svim neophodnim uređajima. Blizu centra je. Ima i Netflix, a wi-fi je jako dobar. Kuhinja je renovirana. Gazdarica Ana je ljubazna i predusretljiva. Uradila je kartu sa okolnim plažama i ocenama za svaku od njih. Ko nema suncobran, može uzeti od nje.
