Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Toula Villa is located on a hill overlooking the beach and the sea in Skala Fourka on the Kassandra Peninsula, Halkidiki. The stairs lead down to the beach, which is about 50 m away. The accommodation capacity of this villa is up to 8 guests.

Accommodation

The villa has an area of 140 m2 and consists of three levels.

On the first level, i.e. the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofas, and within it a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator, stove, kettle and microwave oven. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

On the second level, there are two bedrooms equipped with two single beds each. There is also a bathroom equipped with a shower.

On the third level, i.e. the attic, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

There are also two terraces with connecting furniture and a view of the sea.

Guests have access to TV, Wi-Fi internet, fan, hair dryer. washing machine, cot can be obtained with prior request.

At the edge of the yard there is a veranda equipped with comfortable seating, there is also a barbecue.

Pets are allowed with prior request and additional payment.

Parking is available within the complex, but the owners cannot guarantee a parking space, so guests can park their vehicles near the accommodation.

Guests enter a clean facility and are required to pay a cleaning fee at the end of their stay. During the stay, the guests take care of their own hygiene, but additional cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen during the stay is possible for an additional fee.
