Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Toula’s Studios is located 100 meters from the beach, in Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Object is on the hill and offers panoramic sea view.
Toula's Studios is one part of the building and consists of apartments ans 1 studio on the 1st floor and ground floor (semi-basement) The 2nd floor and more studio in the semi basement has the other owner and it is House Emmanuel Sarti.
Accommodation
Toula’s Studios consists of 4 apartments and 1 studio.
One apartment is quadruple. Has two double beds (in the bedroom and in the kitchen area).
Three apartments are quintuple. Have a bedroom with two single beds and a kitchen area with a double bed and a single bed.
Studio is triple. Includes a double bed and a single bed.
On the 1st floor are located two quintuple apartments.
On the ground floor are located triple studio and one quintuple apartment.
Quadruple apartment is located in the basemenet looking from the back side od the building and on the ground floor looking from the frontal building's side.

Smestaj odlican, sve je novo i cisto. Domacini vrlo korektni i ljubazni, a od svega najbolja lokacija, pogled na more i nema buke. U sklopu smestaja je i veliki parking sto je znacajna olaksica s obzirom na problem parkiranja u Sartiju. Sve je blizu. Zaista sve preporuke! :relaxed:

Toula's studio, svaka rec u opisu je skromna. Mi smo u trokrevetnom studiu, kompletno novo je sve, posudje, namestaj, okrečeno, miriše na novo. Terasa ogromna, sa svih strana pogled na more. Domaćini divni, ljubazni, wi fi odličan.

Smestaj smo rezervisali preko Grcka.info ,dogovor je bio jednostavan i brz,i sve je ispostovano. Smestaj je bio upravo kao na slikama i u opisu istog. Smestaj je renoviran ,ali je ipak ostalo nesto i starog namestaja,pristojno, jednostavno i skromno. Apartman je veliki i prostran,mana je jedino sto sporet ne radi bas najbolje,jako sporo zagreva i treba vam mnogo vremena ako hocete nesto da spremite. Internet je spor i nema ga u svim delovima apartmana. Terasa i pogled sa terase predivan, jer se smestaj nalazi na poznatom vidikovcu,mirno je i tiho,a odmah je iznad centra desavanja u Sartiju. Zbog pozicije apartmana lako je za obilazak drugih plaza,parking je odmah ispred .Sve u svemu zadovoljni smo letovanjem.
